Pispala Clothing Oy sells products worldwide to individuals and companies. The following terms are applied to orders from pispalaclothing.com web store. We reserve the right to change these terms.

Prices

The product prices and delivery expenses include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. 

Payment Service Provider

Delivery times & fees

Orders will be processed within 1-3 days after order is received. Delivery time varies based on the customer's location: Finland 1-3 working days, Europe 2-5 days and rest of the world 3-8 days. Busier seasons might affect estimated processing and delivery times.

UPS Standard (2-5 working days) - 10€
Orders over 150€ - Free

Finland

Matkahuolto Pickup Point (1-3 working days) - 5€
Matkahuolto Home Delivery (1-3 working days) - 10€
Orders over 150€ - Free

Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania

Posti Parcel Connect (2-5 working days) - 10€
Orders over 150€ - Free

Rest of the world

UPS Express Saver (3-8 working days) - 20€

Orders sent outside the EU may be subject to import customs and taxes. Pispala Clothing is not accountable for these additional fees. We have the right to deduct these additional costs from the amount refunded if customer refuses to accept delivery due to customs or tax fees.

Shipping confirmation and tracking information are sent after the order is processed.

Returns

Purchased products that are returned within 14 days after delivery will be refunded to customer's original payment method.

In order to receive a refund, returned products need to be unused, unwashed and all original labels and tags attached. 

Please, contact and notify us about the order cancellation before returning products at info@pispalaclothing.com.

Customer will pay return costs.
